All Everest MAE products carry a 30-day guarantee against manufacturer's defects. If you experience an issue within this time period please contact info@everestmae.ca Any defective products outside this time period are reviewed on a case by case basis. Everest MAE reserves the right to request the return of defective merchandise for inspection.

Please check all packing materials to make sure the item was not overlooked. If you are unable to locate the missing item, contact our customer service department by email Info@everestmae.ca Please mention your order number in order to help us locate your order quickly.

Within Canada, we use Canada Post expedited shipping method that comes with tracking number and signature. For USA order, we use Canada Post small parcel regular service with delivery time 7-12 days.

All of our products, we charge Hamonized Sales Tax (HST) at 13% rate.

All orders are shipped from our warehose in Toronto, ON.
